Cancellation Policy
In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at Sitabooks.com, you could do so within 24 hrs of the orders placed. The cancellation would not be done once the consignment has already been shipped.

Refund Policy
In case of a cancellation, please get in touch with our customer care at (022) – 67973281 for a full refund of your money.

Alternatively, you could also open a ticket at the Support Centre (link present on the top right corner of the site).Please make a note of the ticket no. for further reference.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase and in case of debit card / net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.
