The prices mentioned in the site are for domestic shipments only. For international buyers, please see details mentioned in the International buyers section below.

For domestic buyers:

Incase of damage to the books during transit (For all books except Used Books present at Sitabooks.com) you could call us at our customer care number and we will arrange to replace your book. The delivery of all orders would be to the shipping address mentioned by you at the time of placing your orders.

For International buyers:

Please send us a mail on the list of titles required by you. You could click on the ‘Ask a question about this product’ link on the details page of the book and mention your details for contact. Prices for international shipment would include additional shipping charges. This would be communicated to you through email. Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. Please allow atleast 2 weeks for the consignment to reach you. Incase there is a delay you could get in touch with us by raising a ticket at the Support Centre (Link present in the top right corner of the website). Alternatively, you could call us at our customer care number 022-67973281 and we will expedite your shipment.
